Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, graduated from Human Resources Management/Psychology/Engineering
2. Having minimum 5 years experience handling HR Department in manufacturing Industry
3. Experienced in implementing ISO 9001
4. Experienced handling payroll
5. Having knowledge in industrial relation
6. Smart Worker, detailed oriented and strong planning & analytical skill
7. Wiling to be placed in Cikarang
