OD Factory Manager
( Jakarta Raya - Factory, Tangerang)

The candidates should fulfil the following requirements:

· S1 Degree graduated from Psychology. Graduating from profession program is an advantage

· Minimal 3 years in HR Generalist. Experiences in FMCG are preferable.

· Good knowledge and skills at recruitment and training procedures, Organizational Development, and Performance Management Process.

· Good English written and Spoken.

· Having knowledge in HRIS Oracle base will be strong advantage.

· Tactful, fast learner, discipline and highly motivated.

· Able to work independent as well as in team, initiative person and having good communication skills.

· Will be Located in Tangerang Area.
